Driver Safety wont cost a thing!

A cost survey was done using running costs as published by the RACV and the cost to install and maintain IVMS in a mining vehicle. (The actual values involved are available on request).

When compared to the cost of a typical mining 4x4 vehicle (at around $75,000), then the cost for the an IVMS system adds less than 3% to the total cost of the vehicle. Likewise, the monthly fees involved in keeping the IVMS system operational adds to around 3% of the RACV’s published running costs for such a vehicle.
